i4 Detail operates as a mobile service, working at your home or workplace. In order to carry out work safely and remain insured, suitable working conditions are required. We are unable to carry out work on main roads, heavily trafficked areas, or tight residential streets where safe access is limited. We also cannot operate within pay and display car parks. A safe and accessible power source will also be required at the location.
If your chosen location presents any of the above limitations, please contact us prior to booking so we can discuss alternative arrangements.
All bookings are secured with a deposit and are only confirmed once this has been received. Deposits are payable via bank transfer to i4 Detail and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposit amounts may vary depending on the service, location, and scope of work. Within 48 hours of booking, we are happy to transfer your booking to another nominated person, provided the location meets all necessary requirements.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as severe traffic delays, emergencies, or other unavoidable issues, i4 Detail reserves the right to reschedule your booking. Where possible, this will be within 14 days of the original date. If this cannot be accommodated, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
If a vehicle’s interior is heavily soiled, including excessive mud, pet hair, mould, bodily fluids, or similar, additional charges may apply. We ask that you inform us in advance and, where possible, provide images so we can give an accurate estimate. If these conditions are not disclosed prior to arrival, any additional costs will be discussed and agreed before work begins.
By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. Failure to comply with the above conditions may result in the full booking fee being charged. An invoice will be issued to the details provided at the time of booking, and non-payment may result in further action being taken.
